Returns We want you to be happy with your purchases but we know that shopping online can be tricky, especially with sizing (and kids who keep on growing!). Sometimes things might not fit, or items not be quite what you were expecting. Therefore we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if needed. To complete your return or exchange we require your original order number. Please include it in any correspondence and with any returned items.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days*. Returns received after 30 days are accepted at our discretion, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us first.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.
*Sale items (if applicable) All sale items purchased must be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges We can only exchange an item subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us your required item and relevant size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Gifts If you have received an item from Yellow Lolly as a gift you can return it in exchange for another item. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional delivery, taxes and import duties.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them. You may wish to send your return/exchange via tracked mail. Please include your original order number with any mail or correspondence.
Refunds (if applicable) If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
