UK deliveries are sent via First Class Recorded Mail (1-2 working days) and require a signature upon delivery.
European and Worldwide deliveries (3 to 7 days) are sent via Royal Mail International Services and require a signature on delivery. Parcels over 2 kgs may require delivery via a courier, in this case we will contact you.
*Free delivery is not available during our sales and promotions. During sales and promotions delivery on orders over £50 will be £4.50
Collection: If you are near to us (London E17 9NN) you can arrange to collect your order in person and you will not be charged for postage. Use the code freelocal once you have put in your address at checkout, then email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to collect. PLEASE NOTE: We try to keep collections to between 9.30am and 2.30pm, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
We aim to get all orders shipped within 2 working days if received before 1pm. We will often get orders out sooner than this, but please allow 7 working days.
We will inform you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility. These are beyond our control.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.
Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that our estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. a postal strike). We are happy to deliver to a work or other chosen address given when placing order.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services by email at email@example.com or by telephone on 020 8521 5469 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
