UK
Delivery is FREE* on all orders over £50.
Delivery is £3.75 for 1 or 2 items, £4.50 for 3+ items.
We ship all UK orders via First Class Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
*Free shipping is not available during our sale.

EUROPE
Shipping is £7.50 for 1 or 2 items, £8.50 for 3+ items.
We ship all European orders using Royal Mail International Signed For and will require a signature on delivery.

WORLDWIDE
Shipping is £9.95 for 1 or 2 items, £11.95 for 3+ items.
We ship all Worldwide orders using Royal Mail International Signed For and will require a signature on delivery. If the parcel is heavy we may ship by courier. If so we will contact you by email to let you know.

We aim to get all orders shipped within 2 working days if received before 1pm. We will often get orders out sooner than this, but please allow 7 working days.

We will inform you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility. These are beyond our control.

General Information
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that our estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. a postal strike). We are happy to deliver to a work or other chosen address given when placing order.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services by email at customerservices@yellowlolly.com or by telephone on 020 8521 5469 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
