Delivery Information

UK Delivery
For addresses within the UK mainland, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 4 working days if you order before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) but please allow 7 days from receipt of your order. Items are dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery therefore someone will need to sign for the package.

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (I.E postal strike). We are happy to deliver to a work or other chosen address given when placing order.

Delivery is charged at 3.50 for the first item with a further 75p for each extra item on top of that. However, if the total value of the goods you order exceeds 50, then postage and packing is FREE of charge*. During our sale, free UK postage and packing is offered on all orders over 75. In either case, please ensure you select the free delivery option when checking out if applicable.

* Some of our heavier items such as the Vilac ride on car carry a standard 6.00 delivery charge and are not eligible for free delivery.

International Delivery
We dispatch items using International Signed For Delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the package. Dispatch times from point of order are as per delivery within UK mainland (see above).

Within Europe, shipping is charged at 7.95 for the first item with a further 75p for each extra item on top of that. Outside of Europe, shipping is charged at 8.99 with a further 1.00 added for each extra item.

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance,will be your responsibility. These are beyond our control.

General Information
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We do prefer however that ALL packages are signed for.

On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services by email at customerservices@yellowlolly.com or by telephone on 020 8521 5469 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
