Toby is cool! From French manufacturer Vilac he is a little wooden pull along dog with rubber ringed chunky red wheels and a cute bell at his neck. He has been sprayed with a hard lacquer which gives him a lovely glossy finish and comes in a cardboard kennel gift box. He makes a beautiful 1st birthday gift and long after he had been pulled along will look great on any shelf as he is a classic!
