Click on the image or item name to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing

Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button below the desired item

Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items key in the new quantity and click on 'update cart'

Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the 'Continue shopping' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it

Proceed to checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.

Eligibility to purchase
The purchase of merchandise through Yellow Lolly ("YL") is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the YL terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to YL, whose applications are acceptable to YL and who have authorised YL to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase (see Payment). Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. YL reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
YELLOW LOLLY offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where VAT is applicable.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. If you are buying from outside the UK, you will also incur international carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. Please refer to the sections on Shipping Rates and Taxes.
Discount codes
From time to time YL will issue discount codes as part of various marketing activities. YL reserves the right to only accept one discount code per order but will honour the discount code offering the highest discount.
Acceptance of your order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and YL will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by YL. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to YL, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Protx, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
At Yellow Lolly we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Yellow Lolly uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Insurance
YL insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Tracking your order
You can check the current status of your shipment by viewing Track Your Order. Simply type in your unique tracking number which we e-mailed to you, and we will track your shipment for you.
Yellow Lolly will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Yellow Lolly web site, your credit card details are not held on the Web site
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request for an RMA.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Yellow Lolly.
We can only exchange an item subject to availability.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping.
Yellow Lolly will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods not sent by recorded delivery. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods. Failure to obtain an RMA does not affect your statutory rights.
How to proceed if you wish to return or exchange
All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.
The RMA number should be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label. We request that returns are shipped via recorded delivery.
If you wish to exchange, please email us your required item and relevant size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.

All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise
Authorisation (RMA) number. For returns of faulty goods please follow
the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. RMA numbers
can be obtained by emailing us at returns@yellowlolly.com.

cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be
credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes
for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously
stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-
refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Gift returns
If you have received an item from Yellow Lolly as a gift you can
return it in exchange for another item. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any
difference in cost and any additional delivery, taxes and import duties.
